Salana Boutique Hotel - Vientiane

I enjoyed an amazing stay with top-notch breakfast options and an immaculate room, but the absence of a pool was a bit disappointing.

The staff was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating, so I would stay here again. Well, it was a perfect stay on departure for a total of 5 nights. The rooms were beautifully maintained and the boxed breakfast was delicious! It opened onto the river.

The location is particularly good, next to main street and the riverside night markets and the bohemian quarter. And it's by Mekong...

The private transfer arrangement, though initially confusing with another group, led to unexpected camaraderie on the cruise, turning strangers into friends. Despite some hiccups, the room's design and comfort of the Superior Double Room stood out.

The Suite, while stylish, lacked the spaciousness expected from the name. It reminded me of an average room with an additional sofa rather than a luxurious upgrade. The second-floor lounge struggled with inadequate air conditioning, and the overall treatment of pre-booked services suggested a lack of attention to detail.

I thought that the architecture and internal fittings were of a very high standard, exquisite taste! The staff were delightful from reception to the bar staff, porters etc. I loved staying at this hotel and will definately go back. Hiring of bikes, wonderful location, great food and surrounded by an abundance of restaurants. Breakfast was good and the staff are exceptionally well trained, speak good English and all in all a real pleasure to deal with, Room 507 The Watsons

The toaster at Breakfast...goodness it needs replacement ....it is so so sow, but hey thats my only complaint,

Very very friendly and helpful staff. Great design, perfect location. Good size and comfortable room with all amenities one needs. Truely a place I shall go back on my next visit to Vientiane.

the cleaning staff are diligent, ensuring rooms remain super clean. the blaring music can be anoying.

We arrived very early at the hotel after an overnight bus and the staff were great at getting us an early check in. The location is perfect as you can walk pretty much everywhere from here and quite central along the Mekong

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is of reasonable size and is very neat and tidy. Breakfast spread although not large is adequate and guests could even penciled their requests for additional items not on display at the breakfast table! I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel!!
